Three live panes. Every status pairs an icon with a color so colorblind viewers get the signal without the color.
iPhone-style mockup. Each operator page that the broker would push to the on-call phone appears as a chat bubble — color-coded by priority (urgent / high / default).
Vertirite's reasoning per ticket. Status badge (auto_resolved · awaiting_approval · escalated · awaiting_user_info · brain_offline) plus the verbatim findings and action plan.
Newest event on top. Each event card shows what was injected (auth_ticket · inbound_email · surge_dispatch …), the expectation checks (✓ / ✗), and any error trace.
