Pricing

Sales-led. Built for regulated buyers.

Pilot pricing keeps procurement out of the way. Every tier includes the full Theatre and audit log. No per-action fees, no surprise invoices.

How it goes from a look to a rollout

Four steps. We tell you the friction at each one.

  1. 1

    See it run

A 30-minute screenshare, or the live browser demo. You watch it govern live scenarios against synthetic data.

Nothing installed. Nothing connected on your side.

  2. 2

    Run the broker

Install the open-source control plane, scoped to one segment. Discover every agent, tool and endpoint, map coverage, and govern it — approvals, containment, the signed audit.

Free and open. Yours to run forever, no purchase.

  3. 3

    Bring in the program

The $5,000, 60-day pilot: capability-registry design, coverage-map interpretation, the auditor-ready artifact, the four licensed modules, and federation across sites.

Credited in full toward annual. No commitment to renew.

  4. 4

    Roll it out

An annual contract across the fleet — self-host or dedicated tenant, BAA available.

    Enterprise terms. Sales-led.

The broker is free. The pilot is the program.

The whole control plane is open-source and free to run forever — you can read every line of the thing standing between your agents and your systems. What the pilot buys is the expertise and the licensed modules that turn it into a governance program.

Free & open — the broker

  • The full control plane: discovery, coverage map, exportable exposure report
  • Governance itself — approvals, mode authority, containment, capability registry
  • The signed, append-only audit log
  • Source-visible under BSL 1.1 — inspect every line; run it forever
  • No model in the decision path — deterministic, air-gappable

The $5,000 pilot — the program

  • Capability-registry design — which roles may call which endpoints (the hard part)
  • Coverage-map interpretation — turning a list of automated actors into judgment
  • An audit artifact mapped to HIPAA, SOX, or IEC 62443 that an auditor accepts
  • The four licensed modules: intelligence, enforcement, federation, vertical packs
  • Federation across sites — many brokers, one control plane

What every paid tier includes

Theatre live demo

Bundled with the Vertirite Desktop install. Run scenarios on your own laptop, replay or live.

Append-only audit log

Every action signed with cryptographic attribution. Auditor-ready by default.

Mode authority

AUTONOMOUS / CONTROLLED / ESCALATION_REQUIRED / LOCKDOWN. Out-of-band; the AI cannot override.

Approval queue

Web UI + CLI. Optional webhook-out for Slack, Teams, ServiceNow, PagerDuty.

Capability registry

Per-system YAML. Adding a capability is a code-reviewed change, not a runtime toggle.

Mutual TLS + signed JWT

End-to-end auth. Compromised client cert ≠ ability to forge role claims.

Frequently asked

Pricing questions we hear

What does a pilot cost?

$5,000 for a 60-day pilot. That unlocks the full governance surface — approvals, containment, break triage, the signed audit artifact — on your scoped systems. The pilot fee credits in full toward an annual contract if you renew, and there is no commitment to renew.

Do you offer monthly billing or only annual?

Team and Business are monthly by default; annual saves ~17% (effectively two months free). Enterprise is annual only.

What's the difference between Team and Business?

Team is built for a single small fleet — one engineering team, one broker, light compliance reporting. Business adds SSO, multi-fleet, the monthly compliance report (the artifact your auditor signs), and a 24h response SLA. A regulated-industry pilot usually wants Business, because the audit report is the artifact that justifies the spend internally.

Is there a free hosted tier?

Not for the hosted control plane. The Open Source tier (coming soon) will let you self-host the agent + audit log under BSL 1.1 — free for non-commercial and limited commercial use, source-visible. The hosted-managed product starts at Team.

Can we self-host on our own infrastructure?

Yes — Enterprise tier ships as a self-host Helm chart or Docker Compose stack. We support deploys onto your own AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-prem (RHEL / Ubuntu Server / Windows Server 2019+). The audit log writes to your storage; we never see customer data.

How does Theatre fit into pricing?

Theatre (the live demo + verification engine) is included on every paid tier. On Business and Enterprise it also serves as the per-vertical pre-shipping QA gate — every release of Vertirite has to pass your tenant's scenario suite before we promote.

Do you have a partner / reseller program?

We do not currently. We expect to open one for compliance consultancies and MSPs in 2026 once we have ~10 paying customers. Contact sales if you want to be on the early list.

What if we exceed our protected-system count mid-cycle?

We'll prorate the difference and bump you up at the next renewal. We don't shut systems off mid-term — that defeats the point of a control plane.

Still have questions?

Book a 30-min walkthrough — we’ll show you Theatre on your screen, walk through the scenario closest to your vertical, and answer any pricing or compliance question on the call.
