Pricing questions we hear

＋What does a pilot cost?

$5,000 for a 60-day Pilot on your own hardware, with gating enabled, paid before the Pilot starts. If you sign a Subscription within 30 days after the Pilot ends, the full Pilot fee is credited toward your first year.

＋Is there a free tier or a free download?

No. There is no free tier and no free download. The Vertirite software is delivered only to Pilot and Subscription customers, and gating works only under a paid license. To see it first, request a Demo: hosted, read-only, sample data, 7 days.

＋What's the difference between a Demo and a Pilot?

The Demo shows the gate at work on sample data, but it can't gate anything and you can't connect your own systems. The Pilot runs on your hardware, on a scoped segment of your systems, with gating switched on.

＋Is billing monthly or annual?

Subscriptions are annual. The Pilot is paid in advance. Invoices go through our payment processors (Stripe or PayPal).

＋Where does Vertirite run?

On your hardware. Your audit records, action payloads, policies and operator decisions stay there, and the license check runs locally and sends us nothing.

＋Can our security team review the source?

Yes. Pilot and subscription customers can review the source under a confidentiality agreement, and security teams can review it under NDA before the pilot.

＋What happens when a license expires?

There is a 14-day grace period after expiry. Licensed add-on modules, such as AI route enforcement, stop on the expiry date; everything else keeps running. After the grace period comes Expired mode: policies already in force keep being enforced, audit records can still be read and exported, and configuration is locked. We never disable your copy remotely.

＋What if we exceed our protected-system count mid-term?

We invoice the difference prorated for the rest of the term. We never shut systems off mid-term for an overage.
